Dispute Resolution
The European Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. I’m not legally obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but you can always reach out to me directly if there’s ever an issue.

I put a lot of heart into the content of these pages, and as a service provider, I’m responsible for my own work here. While I do link to external websites, I don’t have control over their future content, so the responsibility stays with their respective owners. If I ever become aware of any legal violations, I’ll remove those links or content immediately.

My approach to your data
I take the protection of your personal information very seriously. I treat your data as I would want mine to be treated: confidentially and in full compliance with the law. You can generally use my website without sharing any personal details. If I do ask for data like your name or email, it’s always on a voluntary basis, and I won’t share it with anyone else without your permission.
How I use Cookies and Google Analytics
To better understand how people interact with my work, I use Google Analytics. This tool uses small text files called cookies. Because I value your privacy, these are only activated if you give me the green light via the cookie banner you saw when you arrived. I have also turned on IP anonymization, which means Google shortens your IP address within the EU so it can’t be traced back to you personally. You can change your mind or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
The technical stuff (Server Logs & SSL)
For technical reasons, my web provider automatically saves some basic info in server log files, like your browser type and the time of your visit. This data isn't linked to you as a person and I don't combine it with other sources. To keep your visit safe, this site also uses SSL encryption, which you can recognize by the little lock icon in your browser's address bar.
Your rights
You have the right to know exactly what data I have stored about you at any time, for free. You can also ask me to correct or delete this information. Since I aim to keep data collection to a minimum, just send me a quick email if you have any questions!
